The first one I tried right away was the Lait-Crème Concentre by Embryolisse. This is a good product. It is also a multi-purpose use product. This is a moisturizer for your skin. Inside there is Shea butter and aloe vera; the combination of these two is great for dry skin in the harsh winter months. It also can be used as a makeup remover, post-shave soother, and an all body lotion. I used this overnight on my face; it tends to get dry in the winter. It was wonderful, I could feel right away it working and I loved it. I also tried it during the day underneath my makeup, it didn’t make my face oily or dry and it helped smooth my tone and makeup. I do prefer to use this as a night cream though, but either way it is a great product! The perfume sample was Hello by Harvey Prince. This was a very beautifully scented fragrance. It was a mix of Meyer lemon, mandarin, grape, forsythia, and plumeria. This combination is the type of scents I prefer. It is a strong deeper scent, but with hints of the floral to make it girly. One thing that upset me was the sample didn’t last long, after a few hours of wearing it I had to reapply it. Besides that, it goes well on my skin and I will use the whole sample. At that point I will decide on whether or not to purchase the full size.
I usually do not use much product on my hair unless I am going out to dinner or for a night out. So I tried Toni & Guy Casual Sea Salt Texturising Spray when I had a dinner date with my boyfriend. This product was great; it has a nice scent as well as it is not a sticky or thick product. I could feel it in my hair, but not like most texturizing sprays. It gave me some extra volume to create a fuller look with my thin hair. I still could run my fingers through my hair and brush it. It kept the volume the whole night. I do like this product a lot and will use it again. This could be an everyday product if you are a person that likes to use products every day.

Twistbands are not only a neat way to wear your hair in a pony, but it is part of fashion. It is the ‘in’ way to tie back your hair, and it is so great on your hair. It doesn’t pull my hair and stays tight. So far mine has not stretched out. I have thin hair, so I usually have to tie them around so many times that regular hair ties stretch out after a few wears. I also love the colors they come in, the one I received in my box was a teal color, and it is so pretty and is also shiny! These are so fun and functional. Unfortunately they are pretty pricy, but through Birch Box they are only $10 for six of them, I have easily seen them for so much more in local stores!
Finally, I got a product to clean my cell phone screen off. You stick it on the back of your phone or device, and it comes on and off easily to wipe your screen clean. It doesn’t leave any stickiness on the device, and really does help wipe off any dirt and dust. A neat little bonus that is very useful!
