#SCBDGETReview: Good Earth Pomegranate Burst Tea

I was so excited to open up a box and see a whole box of Pomegranate Burst by Good Earth! I love pomegranates and tea; together it’s going to be amazing. The bright pink box with white background stuck out, it is such a pretty box and my favorite color! This tea is great; the company is all natural, gluten free, and kosher. The containers are even recycled products; everything from the name to the product is good!

The first cup of tea I was so excited for, I decided to use my Holiday Mug! I read the ingredients of the tea, and it is made with all natural flavors. I was surprised to see it is sweetened with stevia. I was a bit nervous about this because usually I do not like sweetened teas, especially with other kinds of sweetener besides sugar.

When I opened the tea bag and put it in my boiling water, I could smell the beautiful scent of floral and pomegranate. It smelled so sweet and delicious; it is indescribable and so refreshing. The first sip was also fabulous; it tasted so sweet and fruity. It is smooth, you can taste the sweetness, but it is not over powerful. It is a very strong tea, so I would recommend brewing it for a short amount of time.

One of my favorite things with this tea is on each tea bag is an inspirational quote. The first tea bag has a quote from Jimi Hendrix stating “If I free, it’s because I’m always running.” I had my second cup of this delish tea the next evening, paired with a cookie I decorated at the SCBD and Sweet Spot Decorating Ladies Night Out. They went perfect, the quote I had on this one was “Sometimes in life we become so focused on the finish line that we fail to enjoy the journey,” by Dieter F. Uchtdorf. I really took this one to heart, it is so true. With everything in your life, there is always a rush to push forward and get to the end result. But what is the rush? Sit back, have a cup of tea, and enjoy life and the journey your on in your own life.
