Happy Cordon Bleu Day friends! What a great food holiday before summer really gets here and it is too hot for tasty comfort food like this!
I used three chicken breasts and the two cups of ham. But, if I make this dish again, I would use less chicken and more ham. Maybe more cheese as well. (Is there such thing as too much cheese? Don’t answer that because I will never agree – and we can’t be friends – if the answer is even “maybe.” 😉 )
This dish was pretty quick and simple to prepare. It also heated up nicely as leftovers the next day for a quick lunch at work. That is always a plus!
