This cinco de mayo weekend, Chef Mena presents the winner of last year’s Cinco de Mayo competition, where the two original mole poblanos, the Mole de Santa Clara and the Mole de Santa Rosa went head to head. In addition to our regular offerings, we invite our friends to enjoy savory hojaldras de Mole Poblano de Santa Clara, small mexican sandwiches filled with black bean, braised rabbit lacquered in a decadent mole poblano.
