Basil Hayden’s® Bourbon Margarita
- 5 parts Basil Hayden’s ® Bourbon
- 3 3/4 parts Grand Marnier
- 3 3/4 parts Rose’s Lime Juice or Fresh Lime Juice
- 5 parts Sour Mix
Method: Mix or shake until combined. Chill and serve.

Baron Paloma Served at Teqa NYC
- 1,5 oz Baron Tequila
- 0,5 oz lime juice
- 0,5 oz 43 liqueur
- 1 tsp orange Marmolade
- 1 oz red grapefruit juice
- Splash of Perrier
- Citrus sea salt rim
- Grapefruit slice
Mumbai Margarita Served at Junoon NYC
- 2oz Baron Tequila
- 1oz Mango Puree
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Rose and Green Chili Syrup
Shake over ice. Serve up and garnish with mango and fresh mint.

- 2 parts Licor 43
- 2 parts tequila
- 6 parts sour mix
- Orange or lime wedge
- Salt (optional)
Directions: Rim a chilled margarita glass with sea salt and set aside. Combine Licor 43, tequila and sour mix in a blender with ice and blend. Pour mixture into glass and garnish with orange wheel.
- 1 ½ oz Licor 43
- 1 oz red wine
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz fresh orange juice
- 1 dash bitters
Shake well with ice into a double old fashioned glass. Garnish with oranges, apple slices and grapes.
- 3 oz. chilled beer, lighter-style lager
- 1 oz. Licor 43
- 1 oz. tequila
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 3 Strawberries
Directions: Cut strawberries and a few lime slices and muddle in a shaker. Add tequila, Licor 43, lime juice and ice and shake. Pour mixture into a margarita glass and top with beer. Garnish with a strawberry slice and lime wedge.

FAVELA CUBANA’S MORA PICANTE
- 8 blackberries
- 2 oz. roasted jalapeno-infused tequila
- 1 oz. Triple Sec liqueur
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1 large ice cube (or regular or crushed ice)
- Pink salt to rim the glass
- Lime wheel and blueberry for garnish
Rim the edge of a rocks glass with the pink salt and add one large ice cube (or regular ice). Muddle the berries in a glass, making sure they are all muddled. Pour the tequila, Triple Sec, simple syrup and lime juice into a shaker and add the berries and regular ice, shake until chilled. Pour into the prepared rocks glass and garnish with a lime wheel and blueberry. Serves 1

Rosa Mexicano’s Pomegranate Margarita
For 1 margarita:
- 2 ounces white tequila
- ½ ounce Triple Sec
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh pomegranate juice
- 6-8 ounces or one scoop of ice
- Garnish with lime wheel or wedge
For 1 pitcher:
- 12 ounces tequila, Silver or Blanco
- 3 ounces Triple Sec
- 6 ounce fresh lime juice
- 6 tablespoon fresh pomegranate juice
- 36-40 ice cubes
- Garnish with lime wheel or wedge
Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy.
- 1.75 parts Milagro Silver tequila
- .75 parts Orange Curacao
- 1 part mango puree – Perfect Puree
- 1 part scratch sour mix
- 2 slices fresh habanero
- 4 drops Bitterman’s Hellfire Habanero Shrub – available at Tommy Bahama
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and shake with a Boston shaker to blend. Pour into an ice filled double rocks, salt rimmed glass and top with 2 slices of habanero.
