If you are looking for a great place to enjoy some small bites and great happy hour drinks I highly recommend Les Halles. I went along with former interns, Sarah and Victoria and we enjoyed our cocktail hour. Les Halles has two locations in Manhattan: Downtown and Park Ave. We went for happy hour and I really enjoyed both the wine selection and the cocktail menu. I had a beautiful glass of one of the happy hour wines which paired perfectly with the oysters we tried. Before we left I enjoyed the St. Rita a great “French” take on a margarita! I cannot wait to come back and try more of their dishes along with a different cocktail and/or wine!

Les Halles Brasserie is a quaint dining experience tucked away on Park Avenue. The atmosphere was sophisticated and laid back, perfect for celebratory drinks. Their wine selection was very thorough; they had a great selection of reds, whites and les digestifs. I enjoyed a Sauvignon Blanc while we snacked on their delicious French breads and Oysters we shared. We sampled the blue point and the western oysters, which seemed to be perfectly complimented by the wine. One drink turned into another and I ordered a Peach Bourbon Sidecar — a perfect mix of bitters and sweet. – Sarah Gibney
