#SCBDExclusive: Taking a Bite Out of Sharky’s Cafe

A few weeks ago I wanted to try something new, so one of my friends suggested we try Sharky’s Café in Latrobe, PA. It was a restaurant/ sports bar. Entering the restaurant you had stairs leading you up to the actual dining area and right off the dining area with its own entrance was the bar with an outside pier to sit, eat and enjoy. I really like the Idea of the bar being separated from the restaurant.

The menu included a varied of foods to choose from burgers, wings, seafood and even pasta there was a little bit of everything. As an appetizer to being our dinner we had Chili Nacho Grande it had a mound of tortillas heaped with homemade chili, nacho cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, onions, black olives and jalapenos it was served with salsa and sour cream. They were delicious, best nachos I had. For my main course I choose the Cajun Tilapia Fettuccini it was grilled tilapia prepared in Cajun seasoning with fresh tomatoes and mushrooms served over fettuccini. You can substitute the salmon or mahi mahi if you choose. I also got a side of their mac’ & cheese. Everything was delicious and the best of the best. The fish was tender and the mac & Cheese was extra cheesy.  I defiantly plan on coming back to Sharky’s!!
