Hey readers! If you’ve seen my Instagram you’ve seen Chef Sara come out in the kitchen the past few months! I’ve realized how passionate I am about cooking lately and trying to see where it takes me. And so far, it hasn’t disappointed me at all.

I highly recommend this simple app if you are having friends over to start your meal. I had SCBD Team member, Kelly come ove one night and we both love goat cheese, so I made sure I got some at Whole Foods and I had already had some prosciutto from Top Tomato on hand. I also highly recommend getting your baguette from Whole Foods. It was so fresh, affordable and perfect! This app also pairs perfectly with a red wine. We enjoyed a What Exit Wine Red from Old York Cellars and it was delish!

  • 1 French Baguette
  • Goat Cheese
  • Prosciutto

  1. Take french baguette, cut on an angle into pieces (how big or small you like, pref. 1-2 inch pieces)
  2. Toast for about 5 minutes on each side. Add an extra 2 minutes for it to be extra crispy.
  3. Top with goat cheese, followed by pieces of your prosciutto
  4. Pair with a great red wine and enjoy! Cheers!
