I’ll admit to you guys I should probably work out more than I do. I’ll take a Zumba class occasionally (I should more) and eventually would love to be an instructor. I love barre and yoga too but for some reason have workout commitment issues. Well, I found my solution.
Once a day I’m going to commit to doing this. There is so much I love about the app. I love that it shows you how to properly do each work out. So there is no excuses for the lazies anymore. Take two secs and download it, your body will thank you later!
