The weather got warm and suddenly I had an itch for gin. I saw the Beefeater bottle we had in the house and came up with this easy recipe. Lately, I love the idea of putting fresh or better yet letting it soak in some alcohol. If you have the time, cut some strawberries, melons, and cucumbers and put them in a pint container. If you are feeling adventurous you can even add some fresh basil and fresh squeezed lemon to it and let it all soak. The longer you let it soak the more alcohol will get into the fruit. I even muddled some of the cucumbers. Now that you have that all set its time to make the cocktail itself!
