Tipsy Scoop features Liquor-infused ice cream inspired by classic and contemporary cocktails. Founded three years ago by Melissa Tavss. Tavss wanted to continue her family tradition as well as the ice cream tradition. She soon began experimenting by combining booze with ice cream. Looking to create a product using the best of both worlds, Tavs finally perfected the recipes and came up with creamy, tipsy delicious treats! Tipsy scoop is opening their first NYC storefront on 217 East 26th Street.
